Phillip is the Managing Director of Palladium Property, a Sydney based firm founded in 2005 and providing expert property advice, development management and strategic asset management services across various property sectors. He is an experienced property development manager across a wide range of project categories. He has 23 years’ experience in the property and development industry having managed projects in excess of $450 million, providing property advisory and managing projects for a range for private investor’s multi-nationals, ASX listed companies and NSW Government clients. He was awarded the NM Rothschild Prize and Jones Lang LaSalle Award for a final year master of property development and lectures part-time in property development at a leading Sydney university in this discipline.

Phillip has advised and acts for client entities including Investec Bank, Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW Government), a recent Minister of Transport, Roads and Illawarra) Charterhall Holdings, Multiplex, Tipalea Partners, JC Holdings Group, Hall Chadwick, Energy Resources Australia, Centennial Parkland Trust and Suncorp Metway Bank. 

He has developed an expertise across a wide of property categories including large mixed use developments, residential subdivision and medium density, retail shopping centres and bulky goods, industrial and logistics facilities projects ‘green’ office and mixed commercial projects, health clubs and gyms, childcare and indoor children’s play centres, property advisory. Phillip ensures that he is abreast of current development in the property and development industries by attending a wide range of professional development seminars and courses

Phillip qualified as an architect with five years experience, prior to senior roles with a listed property development firm and leading commercial property asset managers. This varied exposure has ensured a well rounded property development and transaction expertise, previously managing the property advisory department of ASX listed LandMark white. He is currently an executive director of the Gravitus Consulting Group.

Phillip lectures part time in the Masters of Property Development Programme in property investment and development management at the University of New South Wales.

In August 2014 Phillip represented Australia in the International Triathlon Union (ITU) World Championships in Edmonton, Canada (Age Group).
